REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Complete the registration form, either by downloading it from this website PDF FORMAT and printing it, or getting it from the School Board Office. Completed Registration Forms can be mailed (Box 329, SSI V8K 2V9) or dropped off at the School Board Office.
We have a student Bursary Program. Financial help may be available. Download and print the Bursary Form, or leave a message at 250-537-0037. A confirmation receipt form will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration form and payment. Please read it carefully, as it contains other important information.
REGISTRATION POLICIES
Cancellation of classes: SSI Society for Community Education (SCE) reserves the right to cancel any class.
- A refund or credit will be issued for all classes cancelled by SCE.
- Payment of fees: Course fees must be paid prior to start of course.
- Late fees: A $10 LATE FEE TO BE ADDED IF REGISTRATION IS RECEIVED LESS THAN 3 DAYS TO START DATE.
REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWLS FROM CLASS:
- We will refund your full tuition or issue a credit in the event the class is cancelled or full.
- We will issue a refund minus $15 processing fee, if you withdraw at least one week before the class starts.
- Refund requests must be made at least one week prior to the start of course.
- Refunds after a class has begun will be issued only in extreme circumstances.
